Supervisors Course
The supervisor level within banks is a critical one in ensuring that good conduct is practiced throughout the organisation.
The supervisor role, by its nature, involves not just good conduct on a personal level, but also across each team and specific area of responsibility. Given that this is such an important role, the type and level of training required is critical.
The Conduct Academy’s supervisor courses are classroom based and cover a range of conduct topics. Each module is run as a two-and-a-half-hour session, with participants from different banks working through common issues using multiple scenarios.
These scenarios are developed using input from the banks based on real-life examples they have encountered, therefore ensuring the materials is relevant, realistic and current.
