Course Feedback

2017 - 2018

The Conduct Academy has run numerous training sessions, working in collaboration with its industry advisors, professional trainers and market specialists.

The below feedback was provided by participants at the end of each session.

Each training event had a minimum of twenty attendees from eight global banks, comprised from a combination of front office (including Credit, Energy, ETD Dealing, FX, Prime Finance, Rates) and control roles.

 Method of delivery

  • Classroom style, group-based format

  • Participants were presented with a number of scenarios

  • In mixed-bank groups, individuals were required to answer at least three questions for each scenario

  • At the end of the scenario, the facilitator opened up the questions to the room to explore divergent views and approaches across each of the groups

Provided thoughtful insights into a variety of situations.

Delivery was excellent. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the mix of the table-based discussions and facilitator-led conversations worked well.

I am responsible for the conduct risk framework. It's so good to hear cross-industry views.
